Beautifully organized Japanese Yokogaku painting of a white Persian cat and pussy willow by Hakou Irie who was a Japanese painter lived in Kyoto from mid Meiji to early Showa era.
His works are exhibited in many museums in Japan such as National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo and Kyoto; Kyoto City Museum, Aichi Prefecture's Museum, etc... evaluated as one of the most respected and valuable painter in the Japanese art world.
